AI Output Ownership
Configs generated by the Solutions Architect are licensed for personal evaluation but require a formal mandate for execution.
Third-Party Nodes
Integration with Hitachi or iHunt protocols is subject to their respective institutional terms.
Core Architecture
The underlying 'NEXORA' logic and site structure are strictly protected.
Engagement Ethics
Users agree to provide accurate project scope details. Fraudulent inquiries or scraping of the deal room will result in immediate protocol blacklisting.
Liability Limitation
Strategic audits and AI-generated summaries are for advisory purposes. Final engineering and financial feasibility remain the responsibility of the executing entity.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, with disputes resolved via institutional arbitration in Bucharest.
