1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the digital platform and services provided by Dumitru Marcu / Marcu Group Sustainability Holding (operating as "Marcu Energy", hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an enterprise, fund, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Nature of Services and AI Disclaimer
The Platform provides strategic ecosystem architecting, consulting, and deal-flow structuring for infrastructure, renewable energy, and economic development.
AI-Generated Insights
The Platform utilizes an Interactive Solutions Architect (AI) to provide preliminary, high-level structural recommendations based on user input. These outputs are for exploratory and strategic deal-flow purposes only. They do not constitute binding financial, engineering, legal, or construction advice.
Third-Party Integrations
Recommendations involving specific hardware or infrastructure brands (including, but not limited to, iHunt, Hitachi, and AUX) represent strategic integration concepts. We do not assume liability for the manufacturing, warranties, or physical deployment of third-party hardware unless explicitly established in a separate, signed commercial contract.

3. Limitation of Liability
To the absolute maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Dumitru Marcu, Marcu Energy, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this Platform or the AI-generated recommendations.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, strategic frameworks, methodologies, UI designs, and proprietary code architecture on this Platform are the exclusive property of Dumitru Marcu. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer the strategic frameworks or AI logic presented on this site.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania.
